Video from the Archery World Championships that is going on now in Utah. We see some of the warm up exercises that different archers go through which is very interesting.

The interviewer then goes on to ask some of the American archers what they do to focus over 72 arrows. Very interesting responses.

Some great shooting by both mens archery compound teams in some of the heaviest rain I’ve seen in a competition. It goes to a tiebreaker so check out who goes home with the gold and who settles for the silver.

“It was a very successful weekend. The good weather helped immensely. It was almost what you’d call ideal shooting conditions – it wasn’t too hot or cold and there was very little wind – and that was backed up by some of the scores we had,” she said.

In all, seven shooters recorded scores of 1300 points or better out of a possible 1400. The best shooters on the course were overall champion Massey’s Shaun Teesdale, Mt Tiger’s Trevor Irvine and Linda Lainchbury.
