Not only is the target a huge distance away at 140 meters, your opponents get to insult you and yell things while you are taking your shot.
“You can do anything you want to distract him while he’s shooting,” the archer said with a grin. “You can’t touch him but you can insult his wife or joke about his appearance or dance around him, waving at him.”
For a people that didn’t get TV until 1999, that is a pretty modern looking bow. Personally, I don’t think I’d like Bhutanese archery. I’m too thin skinned.
