Samantha Pruitte finished the qualifying round in third place in the Junior Womens Compound division, behind USA Junior archer Kendal Nicely, and Russia’s Ekaterina Korobeynikova. Congratulations ladies!

The USA is also competing very well in the men’s compound division.

The French team placed Dominique GENET on top of qualification in Compound Men. With a 596 total (out of a possible 600), GENET is one point ahead of Jesse BROADWATER (USA) and two in front of Duncan BUSBY (GBR) and defending indoor world champion Braden GELLENTIEN (USA). The third American is seeded no. 5 with 593 points. Winner of the indoor tournament in Nimes this year, Pierre Julien DELOCHE (FRA) lies in ambush at 7th. Also well placed is 2008 World Cup bronze medalist Patrick COGHLAN (AUS), 10th.
